Every piece travels to you tracked and fully insured, at no cost — and should it not be right, it returns to us just as easily. Here is exactly how it works.

Shipping

Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day are prepared the same day and dispatched within one to two business days. As soon as your piece leaves the maison you will receive a tracking link, and it remains fully insured until it is in your hands.

Transit times are estimates once a parcel is collected and exclude any delay at customs. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If a piece is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags, dust bags, and packaging intact. A prepaid, insured return label is included with every order.

    Tell us

    Email clientservices@shopaholichq.com with your order number to open a return. We will confirm within one business day.

    Send it back

    Repack the piece with its tags and packaging and attach the prepaid, insured label enclosed with your order.

  3. 3

    Refunded

    Once the piece is received and inspected — usually within two to three business days — your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces, and items marked final sale, are not eligible for return. Refunds cover the price of the piece; any duties paid on international orders are recoverable directly from your local customs authority.
